How do I place an order?
Simply choose your meals on our website, add them to your cart, and check out. You can purchase meals individually or set up a subscription.
When is the order cutoff?
Orders must be placed by Saturday night for Tuesday delivery, and by Tuesday night for Friday delivery.

What kind of meals do you offer?
We offer chef-prepared, ready-to-eat meals made fresh by HOPE Heroes Southern Kitchen. Meals are designed to be healthy, portion-controlled, and made with locally sourced, clean, organic, and natural ingredients whenever possible.
What are your nutrition standards?
Each meal is designed to meet consistent nutrition targets:
- Calories: 500 or less (maximum 600)
- Protein: ~5 oz cooked
- Carbohydrates: ≤5 oz cooked
- Vegetables: ≤5 oz cooked
Our focus is on low-sodium, nutrient-dense meals with clear portion control.
What are the portion sizes?
Meals are served in 15 oz containers.
How much do the meals cost?
Meals are priced at $12.85 per meal.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
All meals are delivered fresh and fully cooked. Simply reheat in the microwave or oven until hot throughout.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze meals for longer storage.
Delivery
When will my meals be delivered?
Deliveries are available on Tuesday and Friday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Pickup is also available on Tuesday and Friday between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
Do you deliver to my area?
Delivery availability is based on your location and will be shown at checkout. Our kitchen is located near 9677 Patriot Highway, 22407.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. A delivery platform fee of $9.99 per order applies to support logistics and order processing.
