Ordering
How do I place an order?
First, select the number of meals you want for the meal plan. Simply choose your favorite meals from our new weekly menu, proceed to cart to select your ideal delivery day and checkout with your delivery address and any notes for the driver.
When is the order cutoff?
Orders must be placed by Friday 2pm for Sunday delivery, and by Monday 2pm for Wednesday delivery.

What kind of meals do you offer?
We offer chef-prepared, ready-to-eat meals made fresh by HOPE Heroes Southern Kitchen. Meals are designed to be healthy, portion-controlled, and made with locally sourced, clean, organic, and natural ingredients whenever possible.
What are your nutrition standards?
Each meal is designed to meet consistent nutrition targets:
- Calories: Around 550 (maximum 600)
- Protein: ~5 oz cooked
- Carbohydrates: ≤5 oz cooked
- Vegetables: ≤5 oz cooked
Our focus is on low-sodium, nutrient-dense meals with clear portion control.
What are the portion sizes?
Meals are served in 15-18 oz containers.
How much do the meals cost?
Meals are priced at $12.85 per meal.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
All meals are delivered fresh and fully cooked. Simply reheat in the microwave or oven until hot throughout.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze meals for longer storage.
Delivery
Delivery or Pickup inquiry?
Deliveries are available on Sunday and Wednesday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Pickups are available on Sunday and Wednesday between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the Greater Fredericksburg region.
To see whether your address is within our delivery area, simply select your meals and enter your address at checkout.

Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. A delivery platform fee of $9.99 per order applies to support logistics and order processing.
